Upper Valley Cheer is a nonprofit, non-competitive cheer program designed to give kids a positive, empowering introduction to cheerleading. Our focus isn’t on pressure or perfection... it’s on confidence, teamwork, fitness, and fun.
Athletes cheer on local Grid-Kid football teams, participate in community events, and perform in our end-of-season Showtime Performance. All while building skills and friendships that last beyond the season.

Upper Valley Cheer was founded in 2015 by a mother-daughter duo with a shared passion for working with kids and building confidence through movement. What started small has grown into a program serving over 100 athletes each season... while staying true to its heart.
We believe every child deserves to feel capable, included, and celebrated.
Our experience with UV Cheer has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment my daughter joined, she was welcomed into a community that became like family. The friendships she's formed are truly irreplaceable, providing her with a strong support system both on and off the field.
The coaches at UV Cheer are exceptional—combining warmth with deep knowledge and an unwavering work ethic. They not only teach the technical aspects of cheerleading but also instill valuable life lessons in leadership, teamwork, and perseverance.
