Upper Valley Cheer gives girls the opportunity to learn cheer in a positive, non-competitive environment and experience the excitement of cheering on the sidelines at local football games. With both spring and fall seasons available, athletes can choose the season that works for their family—or cheer with us twice a year!

Upper Valley Cheer was founded in 2015 by a mother-daughter duo with a shared passion for working with kids and building confidence through movement. What started small has grown into a program serving over 100 athletes each season... while staying true to its heart.
We believe every child deserves to feel capable, included, and celebrated.
Our experience with UV Cheer has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment my daughter joined, she was welcomed into a community that became like family. The friendships she's formed are truly irreplaceable, providing her with a strong support system both on and off the field.
The coaches at UV Cheer are exceptional—combining warmth with deep knowledge and an unwavering work ethic. They not only teach the technical aspects of cheerleading but also instill valuable life lessons in leadership, teamwork, and perseverance.
