As we have a limited number of coaching spots available this year, our vetting process will be more thorough. We are seeking the most exceptional and dedicated coaches, those who can contribute their time and expertise to elevate their teams and make the 2024 season truly outstanding!
Exciting changes are in store for this year! Brace yourself for a more structured coaching experience with enhanced training, additional team activities and events, increased unity, improved communication, and regular check-ins. If you've coached with us in the past, be prepared for a higher level of expectation, because with greater commitment comes greater rewards...
High school Cheerleader Coach Incentive:
Introducing a new donation structure that allows parents to contribute weekly donations towards their dedicated high school cheerleader coaches, leading to monthly payouts. The more your hard work and dedication shine through in the eyes of parents and athletes, the more bonus dollars you stand to receive. It's a win-win scenario for everyone involved!
Parent Coach Incentive:
Parent coaches enjoy the exclusive perk of receiving the entire season for free for one of their children enrolled—an incredible benefit that translates to saving $260.
Parent coaches play a pivotal role by overseeing various aspects, including:
- Attendance and record-keeping during practices, ensuring they run smoothly, cheerleaders are attentive, assisting in stunt spotting, and ensuring all children are picked up afterward.
- Communication with parents, providing necessary details and updates.
- Filming team content.
- Attendance at football games, monitoring the team's performance.
On the other hand, high school cheerleader coaches take charge of:
- Designing cheers, stunts, and halftime routines.
- Conducting practices and imparting these skills to the children.
- Guiding athletes on proper behavior at football games and instilling the essential qualities of being a cheerleader.
